Summary of Role:

Responsible for all online company initiatives, manages and creates the strategy for the GC Aesthetics online presence and the success of our web properties and channels that include but are not limited to social media channels, websites, digital ad campaigns, and e-learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Develop brand digital/social global strategies and budget to achieve desired KPIs across all channels (including Social, Search, Display, and Influencer Strategy).
• Define online strategy following corporate guidelines.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn).
• Supervise editorial calendar (content and strategy) and supervise designer.
• Plan, design and execute campaigns for specific products and countries.
• Monthly & Quarterly Social Media Reports.

EMAIL MARKETING
• Develop brand email marketing campaigns globally and regional.
• Create supporting landing pages, etc. Development and execution of email marketing calendar supporting DTC & B2B channels.
• Email content creation including copy, design & layout, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
• Manage marketing automation for DTC + B2B; implement workflows to support lead generation and nurturing, optimize campaigns, and A/B testing + HubSpot dashboard and reporting/ analysis of performance and KPIs.

CORPORATE WEBSITE
• Optimization of customer journey
• Keep website updated and seek improvements.
• Analysis of our data to understand what is working and test new things (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
• Analysis of website analytics and implementation of SEO improvement.
• Work with different company areas to ensure tools and resources are up to date.

ONLINE EDUCATION
• Support Training Manager & Events coordinator with online events, congresses, webinars.
• Post-Events Reporting and recommendations for improving future events.
• Ensure internal and external comms are successfully delivered to key stakeholder groups, from clients to associates.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor approaches, and industry trends to inform digital marketing activity.

• Online Event assistance
• Understanding and adhering to GCA policies and processes.
• Effective communication of project progress and accurate timing estimations.

Qualifications / Experience:

• +/- 5 years experience in a similar position
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication
• Email/Marketing Automation (HubSpot & Mailchimp ideal)
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns, SEO and Google Analytics
• Native English, Spanish is appreciated
• Knowledge of either French or German is highly valued
• Ability to take initiative
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional ability to manage details
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and
• measurement tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience
• Hands-on B2B and B2C experience.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
