Summary of Role:
Responsible for assisting the GCA Customer Services Manager to deliver first-class service and advice in a dynamic business environment by handling our day-to-day order processes. It also involves communicating with our international distributors, placing and tracking orders, and answering queries while following internal procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the full order entry process to cash process following documented order entry processes and desktop procedures according to customer requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and queries and tie in with internal departments to close out as first contact resolution.
- Manage the order entry process on a daily basis, meeting agreed customer order cycle times.
- Handle customer complaints, and warranty claims and respond to queries and inquiries within agreed timelines and update associated databases.
- Maintain a full understanding of the Company’s quality standards and expected standard of service in this role.
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail in order to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate customer orders during product allocation situations and new product launches.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties.

- On-time order processing
- Warranty replacement follow up
- Sales revenue against targets
Qualifications Required:
- Good business understanding
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong team player and willing to help others when needed.
- Ability to work well under time pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with our international distributors and partners.
- Ability to create and update KPIs
- Strong attention to detail along with organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as some reporting will be required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics is an advantage.
Language skills are an advantage (French, Spanish, English)
