Michael Bogle

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Length of service: December 2010 – present day

Role and responsibilities: Leading our work with investors and financial management.

Career highlights: 22 years experience on finance for international groups including 5 years with 3I PLC in Paris & London and 7 years as CFO for information Mosaic ltd in Dublin. CFO of GCA since 2016.

Ignasi Salla

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO/CMO)

Length of service: April 2011 – present day

Role and responsibilities: Coordinating all sales and marketing across global territories

Career highlight: 6 years in Pharma industry (J&J) followed by 18 years experience in the aesthetics field driving sales team excellence. Since 2017 driving GCA Sales organisation and Marketing strategy.

Over the last 27-years he’s gained significant experience in managing, leading and driving innovative new technologies and product development from idea to market for a multitude of surgical sectors.

Stephen Barsanti

UK Manufacturing Site

Stephen Barsanti joined us 20 years ago and has led the UK Operations for the last four years. Having held various roles from engineering, research and development and operations management.  Stephen has a 1st class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph. D in Heart Valve Research.

Lorena Pineda

Global Marketing

Strategic brand and marketing channel management with a huge healthcare communications experience. Lorena has a degree in Advertising & Public Relations and a master’s degree in digital communications.

Marco Maltoni

Europe Direct Markets (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, UK)

Dynamic commercial leader in charge of leading the direct commercial European operations for GC Aesthetics: Marco has an extensive experience in General Management, Marketing, Sales, and Sales_Force_Excellence across pharma, consumer and medical-devices fields.

Sehnaz Ogut

EMEA & Russia Distributors

Sehnaz has joined GCA in 2016, leading commercial management of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia regions. She has led global roles both in multinational and privately-owned healthcare companies prior to joining GCA and is holding a strong background in global marketing management and business development.

Clare Greenan

Group Financial Controller

Clare joined the GCA team in July 2018 as Group Financial Controller. Clare has over 25 years of financial experience for international organisations including 9 years with Oracles in their EMEA headquarters. Clare is a CIMA accountant with a degree in business studies from Trinity College Dublin.

Bernardo Garduno

Brazil and Mexico

19 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry across Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.  His tenure at GCA dates to October 2012 leading accelerated growth strategies in Mexico, Brazil and other Latin American countries.  He has broad experience in commercial operations, strategic marketing, business development and multichannel sales experience.

LATAM Distributors

Federico has 14 years´ experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

He joined GCA in April 2014 as a Marketing Manager, covering LATAM

Fabien Rolland

France manufacturing site Manager

After 16 years in Healthcare business within General Electric group, Fabien joined GCA in 2018.  He has Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, international Sales and Business Development experiences and hold a biomechanical engineering degree from ENSAM and a master of science from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal.

Daniel K. Turner III


Daniel K. Turner III has been Board member and Chairman since October 2010. As managing director and a general partner at Montreux Equity Partners, a private investment company he founded in 1993. Also, currently serving as board directors of moksha8 Pharmaceuticals Inc and multiple companies, including Epirus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., Glaukos Corporation, Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc., Renal CarePartners, Inc., Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Tobira Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Turner holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento.

William McCabe


William McCabe has been a member of the Board since May 2008. Mr. McCabe is the executive chairman of Oyster Capital Partners, a private investment company he founded in September 2000. Mr. McCabe is also the chief executive officer of Novaerus Limited, a position he has held since September 2013. Mr. McCabe currently serves on the board of directors of Fieldaware Group Limited, Novaerus Group Limited, Novaerus UK Limited and Oyster Technologies Limited and has served on the boards of directors of Datahug Limited and Fleetmatics Group Limited. Mr. McCabe holds a bachelor’s degree from Queens University of Belfast.

Michel Rouif


Has been a member of the Board since April 2015. Dr. Rouif is an aesthetic plastic surgeon in France and has been in private practice since 1994. Dr. Rouif is also a professor at François Rabelais University in Tours and Reneé Descartes University, in Paris, France. Dr. Rouif is Board Certified in France in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and Microsurgery, and has a Diploma of Legal Compensation of Bodily Injuries. Dr. Rouif received a medical degree from René Descartes University, in Paris, France.
